TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on May 21, 2008, Virgie H. Porter executed a Deed of Trust to J. Patrick Caldwell, as Trustee for Cadence Bank f/k/a/ BancorpSouth Bank, Beneficiary, which is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Winston County, MS, in Book 627 at Page 82, corrected and re-recorded in Book 628 at Page 666, and renewed and extended in Book 733 at Page 117;

WHEREAS, on April 26, 2023, Cadence Bank f/k/a BancorpSouth Bank, substituted James Eldred Renfroe as Trustee in the aforementioned deeds of trust with this recorded in Book 5 at Page 115;
