MCT exhibit their prowess in concrete batching plants at Hillhead 2018

Marcantonini Concrete Technology (MCT) an Italian leading company in the design and manufacturing of concrete batching plants and distribution systems will be present at Hillhead on stand U13 with one of its smart mobile models, the MCM batching plant with production capacity of 40 m3/h of high quality concrete, composed by 2 x 40’ containers. The MCM solution allows the fast installation without the need for foundations, having all the equipment enclosed in the containers structure.

This versatile model has no.3 aggregates bins 25 m3 each and planetary mixer 1.0 m3 output, with excellent performances for any kind of concrete, Readymix, Semi Dry, Wet Cast and SCC, controlled by the in-house developed software automation, another added value of the MCT approach, where hardware and software are both developed by their engineering departments. All of the plants are then pre-installed and pre-tested at their factories before shipment thereby reducing installation times.This solution shows once again the design capabilities of MCT, specialist in bespoke solutions for precast and ready mix concrete production equipment.
