Working principle

Cement tank (also called bulk cement tank, cement bin) is generally used in the bulk cement storage of concrete mixing plant. Its working principle is as follows:
1. When the bulk cement tank is working, it must be lifted by a special crane, and then placed on the pre-precast concrete foundation, and check the vertical degree of the cement tank and the horizontal plane, and then the bottom of the cement tank and the foundation embedded parts firmly welded.
2. After the storage bin is fixed, the cement is transported to the site by the bulk cement truck, and then the conveying pipe of the bulk cement truck is connected with the feed pipe of the cement bin (cement tank), and the cement in the tank is transported to the cement bin (cement tank) through the gas pressure of the bulk cement truck.
3. In the process of conveying cement to the storage bin, the operator continuously presses the button of the vibration motor of the precipitator to shake off the cement attached to the cloth bag of the precipitator to prevent the clogging of the cloth bag and the explosion of the bin.
4. Once the bag is blocked, the pressure in the silo exceeds the safety pressure of the pressure safety valve on the top of the silo, and the pressure safety valve can be opened to release the pressure in the silo to prevent the occurrence of the explosion accident.
5. Through the high and low material level of the cement tank, the warehouse full and material shortage can be observed.

6. When it is necessary to discharge the material, first open the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone, and then transfer the cement out through the cement conveying device (screw conveyor). In the process of feeding, if there is a "arch" phenomenon, press the button of the electromagnetic valve of the arch breaking device in time, blow air, eliminate the "arch" feeding, ensure the smooth supply of cement.

7. When the cement conveying device (screw conveyor) fails, the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone of the cement tank should be closed first to prevent cement overflow and waste
